"I have been a state licensed appraiser for over 15 years; I had worked as an independent contractor. I became a Staff Appraiser with Dart in the early part of 2017, and could not be happier! The staff at Dart are helpful and allow me to still feel very 'independent,' but have the back up of a whole team. The other perks are the consistent pay schedule (every two weeks - on time and directly into my account), paid holidays, vacation time (haven't had that in over 15 years!) and health insurance (including optical and dental, which I chose). It is much easier going thru H.R for questions than being put on hold and waiting and not knowing who or what to ask. It is coming up on my year anniversary with DART and I can honestly say I have no desire to go back to my "Independent" days!"
