28 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE
Dart Appraisal has been providing custom, compliant appraisal management solutions since 1993. We recruit appraisers and process appraisal orders in compliance with the following agencies and/or guidelines:
- Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac (GSE) Appraiser Independence
- Federal Housing Administration (FHA)
- Truth in Lending Act (TILA)
- Dodd-Frank Act
- AMC Final Rule
- Interagency Appraisal and Evaluation Guidelines
- All enacted state regulations
Dart Appraisal does business in all 50 states, Guam, Puerto Rico, and the US Virgin Islands, and is licensed in all states that require licensure.
TRUE INDEPENDENCE
Dart is independently owned and operated, and has never been affiliated with a lending institution. We were founded as a true AMC (not an appraisal company) more than a decade before regulations required AMCs to exist as they do today.
UNRIVALED APPRAISER PANEL
Our appraisers are licensed with 1,000 appraisals experience; most have more than 3,500 units experience. We are integrated with ASC.gov and HUD.gov, through which we are provided the most accurate licensure and certification information for every registered appraiser in the country.
TECHNOLOGY
Our proprietary appraisal management system archives your entire appraisal process, providing a compliant audit trail for all of your orders. We're integrated with most major LOS platforms, including Encompass, FNC AppraisalPort, Mortgage Builder, RealEC and RES.net.
SOC 2 CERTIFIED
As a company, we hold ourselves to the highest industry standards. We voluntarily undergo a Service Organization Controls 2 (SOC 2) audit on a regular basis, which is conducted by an independent certified public accounting firm. This independent attestation validates that Dart Appraisal has suitably designed controls in place for effectively maintaining the security and confidentiality of client information.
EXPERT EMPLOYEES
Our clients rank our customer service as the top reason they work - and stay - with Dart. We assign each of our clients a dedicated account coordinator who has passed the 15 hour USPAP course. Every report is manually reviewed by specially trained auditors or licensed staff appraisers.
