Service Level Coordinator

The Service Level Coordinator is responsible for ensuring client needs are met or exceeded through management of our vast appraiser network. This will be accomplished through proactive communication as well as appraisal ordering, and follow up. SLCs proactively monitor appraiser's performance to maintain adherence to our SLA's, and resolve roadblocks along the way. The SLC handles day to day appraiser communications via email, phone and Dart's proprietary management platform for a defined set of clients.
